High performance without compromising well-being.
When you’re operating at a high level, stress, rumination, and worry can become the tax on your success—metabolically costly, draining your energy, and distracting you from the present moment. It’s easy to lose the signal in the noise and drift from your north star.
I help high-performing professionals feel fully integrated, focused, and resourced—even in high-intensity environments—so they can do their best work without sacrificing their health, relationships, or core values.
What I Offer: Embodied Inquiry
Embodied Inquiry is a somatic and insight-oriented approach for working directly with lived experience—processing complex, unresolved material that hasn’t been fully consolidated or “metabolized.” This inner work re-connects you to your natural capacities for clarity, creativity, and courage.
Is This You?
My clients often:
- Work long hours under exacting standards from clients and senior leaders
- Carry persistent anxiety, tension, or intrusive thoughts (especially around performance)
- Struggle with sleep, focus, or decision fatigue
- Feel emotionally “split”—effective at work, but disconnected from themselves
- Sense there’s a better way to sustain excellence without burning out
If this sounds familiar, we can create the conditions for durable, values-aligned performance.
Outcomes You Can Expect
- Calm under pressure: reliable tools to regulate stress in real time
- Sharper focus & decision-making: less noise, more signal
- Sustainable energy: reduce the metabolic cost of worry and rumination
- Values-aligned action: keep moving toward what matters (not away from discomfort)
- Integrated self-leadership: show up with clarity, presence, and capacity—at work and at home
Why Work With Me
I’m a licensed psychologist and Assistant Professor (Professional) at McGill University with deep experience in mindfulness-based, somatic, and ACT-informed psychotherapy and coaching. Beyond the clinic, I’ve founded and operated four companies, served as a workplace well-being consultant, and held an executive role in a publicly traded company. I’m a frequent media contributor and have hosted two podcasts.
This blend of clinical rigour and real-world leadership gives me a practical lens on what it takes to perform at a high level—sustainably.

FAQs
Who is this for?
- Consultants, executives, founders, and senior ICs in high-pressure roles
- Professionals early in demanding careers who want to build healthy, durable habits from the start
- Leaders navigating complexity, visibility, and stakes—who want to stay grounded and effective
What is a session like?
Grounded. Precise. Respectful of your time. We’ll move between embodied practice and targeted dialogue, always oriented to what’s most actionable for you that week. You’ll leave with one or two clear applications to test in your real context.
What’s the format?
- 50-minute sessions (virtual or in-person in Montreal)
- Weekly or bi-weekly to start, then taper as skills consolidate
- Strictly confidential, aligned with professional standards and ethics
Is this therapy or coaching?
Both modalities inform my approach. We’ll choose the frame that best fits your goals, context, and regulatory requirements. Many clients appreciate the clarity of a coaching arc with the depth and care of therapy.
Will this help if I’m already stretched thin?
Yes—sessions are designed to lower your total cognitive and physiological load. Most clients report feeling calmer and clearer after the first session, with compounding gains over 4–8 weeks.
What if I’m new in a high-pressure role?
Great time to start. We’ll build a sustainable foundation—sleep, recovery, cognitive hygiene, and values-aligned habits—so you can grow quickly without burning out.
